These O*NET self-assessment tools are used for career exploration and not to help you find a job. The O*NET Interest Profiler measures six types of occupational interests (Realistic, Investigative, Artistic, Social, Enterprising, and Conventional). The Work Importance Locator and Profiler measure six types of work values (Achievement, Independence, Recognition, Relationships, Support, and Working Conditions). Together, they help you explore the world of work and additional options for you to investigate.
